SAFETY ASSISTANT:

Seeking a local candidate for Safety and Compliance. You will assist in overseeing a staff of CDL-A company drivers and owner-operators. You will also ensure all safety/compliance and policies/procedures are adhered to, and identify/implement process improvements that will lead to a more effective/efficient operation. In addition, you will assist in management of driver recruitment and hiring. 

Requirements include but are not limited to:

* Strong leadership and motivational abilities

* Organizational and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of DOT and OSHA requirements

* Strong reporting and problem-solving skills

RECEPTIONIST/BILLER / FILE CLERK:

We are looking for a motivated individual to Answer Phones, Greet visitors at the front desk and billing our customers. Experience with Profit Tools is a plus. If candidate has knowledge of the intermodal industry related to chassis drays, per diem, driver detention and other variables that would be a plus. COMPANY DRIVERS & TRACTOR/TRAILER OWNER OPERATORS

CLASS A CDL

You will be responsible for showing up at your scheduled time and receive your dispatch information.
Our customers expect you to deliver a quality product on time and in good condition. The impression you leave on our customer is the impression they have of FORE TRANSPORTATION, INC. Please conduct yourself as a professional. Be courteous to our customers. Should a problem arise please contact the office for assistance.

While operating your vehicle under the Fore Transportation name, drivers should always drive in the safest and most professional manner possible. The likelihood of accidents will be minimized, and a positive image for the company will be promoted in the eyes of the general public. Specifically, our drivers must operate vehicles in accordance with all provisions of Part 392 - Driving of Motor Vehicles of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

General Duties include but are not limited to:

Transportation of commodities from one location to another
Possible assistance loading or unloading of freight
Informing the dispatch office of any and all delays as they occur in order for them to inform the customer
Keeping the vehicle you work in clutter free (Some trucks are slip-seating, day and night work)
Providing customer paperwork to Fore Transportation daily
