Carlos has worked in all facets of transportation over his 42 year career. From driving and dispatching to owning his own fleet, Carlos brings  a world of knowledge and experience to Fore's team. Carlos operates and controls all areas of Fore's east coast operation. Whether it's an import, truck load, ISO or bulk tanker, or even a hot shot, Carlos has moved them all, and there is no situation that can come up or question that can arise that he cannot quickly and confidently handle.
